ECHOS serves people in need by providing access to the health and social service resources
ECHOS (Epiphany Community Health Outreach Services) began in 2001 out of a deep concern for families in need in the Southwest community. Since then, we’ve walked alongside individuals and families, helping them meet their basic needs and take steps toward self-sufficiency and financial stability. Helping families overcome barriers and challenges, as they improve their lives. We believe everyone deserves a fair chance at a healthy life—which is why we work to ensure people can access the healthcare and social services they are eligible for, with dignity, compassion, and respect. At the core of our mission is a commitment to addressing the non-medical drivers of health—like healthcare access, housing, food, and other social services—that impact overall well-being.
Meeting Needs. Transforming Lives.
