ECHOS serves people in need by providing access to the health and social service resources
Epiphany Community Health Outreach Services (ECHOS) was officially formed in 2001, in response to the health and social service needs of the rapidly increasing population of newly arrived immigrants and refugees who were being resettled in the community surrounding the Church of the Epiphany. The original purpose was and continues to be to help families meet their basic needs on their path to self-sufficiency and financial stability, while addressing the non-medical drivers of health.
