Food Pantry and Food Fairs
Food Pantry and Food Fair services are provided free of charge, to all who come to ECHOS.
In 2022, ECHOS distributed food to more than 42,000 individuals. This food made more than 434,000 meals valued at $1.3 million. More than 40% of those served were children under the age of 18. The nutritious food distributed at the Food Pantry improves the health of the ECHOS families who suffer from food insecurity.
Our Food Pantry hours are adjusted as a result of COVID. There is a drive-through distribution every Tuesday at 7:30 AM.
Due to rising grocery prices (11.8% in 2022) and a reduction in pandemic-era SNAP benefits, the need for our weekly food distributions continues to grow.
All food is provided to families at no charge. There are no restrictions or requirements.
