Conditional Award Notification: RFP No. Information Technology Support Service Provider (RFP No. IT-11-2024)
This announcement is in regard to the Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Epiphany Community Health Outreach Services (“ECHOS”) for Information Technology Support Service Provider. ECHOS has evaluated the proposals received using the evaluation criteria identified in the RFP, and ECHOS is hereby announcing its conditional contract award(s) to the following offeror(s):

The offeror(s) listed above received the evaluation team’s highest ranking(s). ECHOS will be contacting the aforementioned offeror(s) soon to negotiate a contract with each offeror. As provided in the RFP, the Notice of Conditional Contract Award is subject to execution of a written contract and, as a result, this Notice does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between ECHOS and the apparent successful offeror(s). The offeror(s) shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relative to the contract services until a contract containing terms and conditions acceptable to ECHOS is executed. ECHOS further reserves the right to cancel this Notice of Conditional Contract Award at any time prior to the execution of a written contract(s). This award decision is conditioned upon final approval by ECHOS review and the successful negotiation of contracts.

Request for Proposals for Information Technology Support Service Provider (RFP No. IT-11-2024)
Epiphany Community Health Outreach Services (ECHOS) seeks a professional Information Technology (“IT”) Support Service provider proficient at comprehensive solutions to handle ECHOS’ IT needs. Accordingly, ECHOS hereby solicits proposals from qualified consultants. Interested parties may obtain the RFP as of Monday, November 11, 2024, by visiting ECHOS’ website (https://echoshouston.org/vendor-opportunities/) or by contacting Jennifer Fernelius via email at jfernelius@echoshouston.org.
For consideration, ECHOS must receive proposals via email to cmoore@echoshouston.org no later than 12 PM CST on Monday, November 25, 2024. Proposals received late or incomplete will not be considered. ECHOS reserves the right to negotiate with any offerors that submit proposals. ECHOS complies with 2 CFR Part 200 and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances for procurement.
