Healthy Connections Luncheon 2026

This year’s Healthy Connections Luncheon was our most successful yet, and it was made possible by you.
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, table hosts, and guests, ECHOS raised more funds than ever before to support families in our community who are working toward stability and self-sufficiency.

We were especially grateful to H-E-B, our Presenting Sponsor, whose leadership helped make the event possible. H-E-B also offered a $10,000 matching gift during the luncheon, encouraging guests to give. Donors responded generously, contributing more than $25,000 and unlocking the full match.

We were honored to welcome Lisa Helfman of H-E-B as our featured speaker. She spoke about the importance of access to healthy, nutritious food and the role strong community partnerships play in making that access possible.

“Food is more than a meal. It is health, dignity, and opportunity. When organizations, businesses, and communities work together, we can make sure families have the nourishment they need to thrive,” Lisa shared with guests.
